Retreat Province Highlighting

When a dislodged unit is selected, valid retreat provinces will flash to indicate where the unit can retreat. This feature is intended to help new players understand where they can retreat after being dislodged. It can be toggled off under Settings → Gameplay → Highlight Retreat Provs.

Gunboat Chat Changes

Previously, all chat features were completely disabled for gunboat matches. Now, the chat icon will appear during gunboat matches, and draw votes and other system messages will be visible, just as they are in Full Press matches.

Additionally, players will be able to send chat messages after a gunboat match has finished. Messages sent after a match has concluded will not trigger a push notification.
